We serve all of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. This includes Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Miami Beach, Boca Raton, and all surrounding areas. We also handle long-distance transfers throughout Florida.

Our fleet includes Mercedes S-Class Executive sedans, Cadillac Escalade ESVs, Mercedes Sprinter 2500 vans, Limo Sprinter Crystal vehicles, Mini Coaches (28 passengers), and full-size Coach Buses (55 passengers). All vehicles are commercially insured and professionally maintained.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard service. For events, large groups, and peak travel periods, 48 to 72 hours is ideal. Last-minute requests are accommodated when possible.

Yes. Every chauffeur undergoes a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and ongoing professional training. All drivers are licensed and insured.

Yes. We monitor all flights in real time using professional tracking systems. If your flight is early or delayed, your chauffeur adjusts their arrival automatically.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us for specific details.

Yes. Child car seats are available on request at no additional charge. Please mention this requirement when booking so we can prepare the vehicle.

Yes. Changes can be made up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup by phone, email, or WhatsApp. We accommodate modifications whenever possible.

The minimum booking is 2 hours for hourly chauffeur service. Point-to-point transfers have no minimum time requirement.

Yes. Corporate accounts include a dedicated account manager, simplified booking, consolidated monthly invoicing, and priority scheduling. Contact us to set up your corporate account.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and wire transfers. Corporate accounts can be set up with monthly invoicing.

Yes. Every vehicle in our fleet carries full commercial insurance, exceeding state requirements. We are also licensed and permitted to operate in the state of Florida.
