We work with businesses of various sizes. There is no strict minimum, but corporate account pricing and dedicated account management are most beneficial for firms with 10 or more monthly trips. Smaller firms can book through our standard service and upgrade to a corporate account as volume grows.

Yes. You designate authorized bookers when the account is opened. You can grant booking access to specific named employees, to all staff above a certain title level, or firm-wide. Access levels can be updated at any time.

Corporate invoices include each trip's date, pickup location, destination, authorized booker, vehicle class, and cost. If you use billing codes for client or matter tracking, those appear as a separate column. Invoice format can be customized to match your accounting system.

Yes. Route rates negotiated at account setup are fixed for the contract term, typically 12 months. Rate adjustments are reviewed at renewal. Extraordinary fuel cost increases are the only exception, with 30 days written notice required.

Yes. Corporate rate schedules cover both Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Each airport has a separate fixed rate from downtown Miami. Both include flight tracking and meet-and-greet.

Yes. Corporate accounts include access to our full vehicle fleet: executive sedans, full-size SUVs, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. Vehicle class is selected at the time of each booking and billed at the corresponding account rate.

Corporate accounts receive a 6-hour cancellation window with no charge. Cancellations between 2 and 6 hours of pickup incur a 25 percent fee. Cancellations under 2 hours or no-shows are charged in full. These terms can be adjusted for high-volume accounts.

For VIP client pickups, our chauffeur enters MIA in a dark suit and meets the client at baggage claim with a personalized name sign. The client is escorted directly to the vehicle. All communication about the client's arrival is routed through your designated office contact, not the client directly.

Yes. Trial shuttle contracts with a dedicated Sprinter van and regular schedule are one of our most common corporate arrangements for law firms. We set the schedule based on court start times and adjust as the trial proceeds.
